what’s going on?
That’s because apache2 and phpmyadmin not configured well somehow (apache.conf of phpmyadmin not taking effect).
You need to edit apache2.conf :
nano /etc/apache2/apache2.conf
add this line to end of the file
Include /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf
then leave & save .

So , what we are doing is including phpmyadmin config when starting apache .

ctrl+x to leave , and answer ‘Y’ to save change to apache2.conf .

Now restart apache
service apache2 restart
It should work now . go to https://your-url/phpmyadmin , phpmyadmin login form appear ! cheers!
